Guppy offers two footer variants plus extensive configuration for newsletter, payment / shipping logos, and social-media links.

Custom fields per shipping / payment method
Common need: shipping or payment methods share the same logo (e.g. "DHL" and "DHL International"). The custom field group guppy_footer_options solves it:

Manage them in the admin on the respective shipping or payment method under Custom Fields → Guppy Footer Options.
Social media links
As of Guppy 2.7.12 you maintain these links per sales channel instead of in the theme: Sales Channels → [channel] → Custom fields → Social media links (Guppy).
The reason for the move: theme settings are stored per theme. If several sales channels share a theme, they share a single set of links with it. As a custom field on the sales channel the values live in the translation table, so they are per channel and per language. Use the language switch in the smart bar to set a different link per language.

Enter the full URL including https://. Empty fields are not rendered, and the footer order matches the table.
Clear the cache before updating
The migration carries the links stored in the theme over into the custom fields, so the storefront keeps rendering what it rendered before. It is discovered through the compiled container, and the migration folder is missing from one that is still stale. With a stale cache the migration is skipped silently while the update still reports success.

bin/console plugin:update DmfGuppyThemeThe migration only fills fields that are still empty, and only writes the system default language. Anything you set by hand beforehand stays untouched. Sales channels whose theme holds no links are skipped, so nothing leaks between channels.
For now the old theme fields guppy-footer-social-media-* are still in the theme settings, disabled and carrying a note about their new location. They stand there as a signpost for anyone still looking in the old place. A later release will remove them. They are no longer read as of now.
